Welcome to SIMA Healing

By accessing our services or website, submitting forms, or making payments/donations, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

​1. Our Services

SIMA Healing provides:

·        Individual and family therapy

·        Consultations and guidance sessions

·        Educational workshops and community programs

·        Telehealth sessions via secure platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone)

·        Educational media content (videos, podcasts, social media)

Services are provided by qualified professionals and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

·        Provide accurate information on forms

·        Attend scheduled sessions or workshops on time

·        Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule

·        Participate actively for the best results

·        Respect other clients’ privacy and rights during group programs

3. Fees & Payment

·        Therapy: $50 per 45–50 minute session (sliding scale)

·        Consultation: $70 per 50-minute session

·        Prepaid Package: 8 therapy sessions – $324 (10% discount), valid 90 days, non-refundable

·        Payment Methods: Zelle, Paypal, Credit/Debit, cash, or check

Payment Policy:

·        Payment is due at the session or at the start of the month for scheduled sessions

·        Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be charged in full

·        Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

4. Telehealth

·        Telehealth sessions are secure and HIPAA-compliant

·        Clients must ensure privacy on their side

·        Technical issues caused by the client are not SIMA Healing’s responsibility

·        In-person sessions are available on request

5. Confidentiality & Legal Limits

All information shared is confidential except when disclosure is required by law:

·        Risk of harm to self or others

·        Abuse or neglect reporting (child, dependent adult, elder)

·        Court order or subpoena

·        Limited disclosure to licensed supervisors

·        Life-threatening emergencies

Confidentiality is protected under RCW 18.19.180 and WAC 246-810-031.

6. Disclosures

SIMA Healing follows all professional and legal requirements in Washington State:

·        RCW 18.130.180 – Unprofessional Conduct

·        RCW 70.34.530 – Outpatient Services

Youth aged 13+ may consent to their own mental health services. All counseling is conducted ethically and professionally.

7. Client Rights

Clients have the right to:

·        Receive services in a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment

·        Ask questions about therapy methods or programs

·        Refuse or discontinue services at any time

·        Request referrals for additional support

·        Be treated with dignity regardless of race, gender, age, religion, ability, or cultural identity

8. Emergencies

SIMA Healing does not provide crisis intervention.


In case of emergencies, please call 911, 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room.

9. Use of Media & Educational Content

·        Educational materials (videos, podcasts, social media posts) are informational only

·        Personal information shared on these platforms is not collected by SIMA Healing unless submitted via secure forms

·        Non-identifiable usage data may be collected for program improvements

10. Limitation of Liability

SIMA Healing is not responsible for:

·        Technical issues during telehealth sessions caused by the client

·        Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services or materials

·        Client decisions or actions taken as a result of counseling, consultation, or educational content

Participation in services is at the client’s discretion and responsibility.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance

By using our website, submitting forms, registering for programs, or making payments/donations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
